Booking and Payments

All service bookings require a deposit to secure your event date. Final payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as outlined during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in your service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of your event.

Service Delivery

We will provide services as agreed upon in your service contract. Setup times and service details will be confirmed prior to your event date.

Limitation of Liability

All content, designs, and materials created by Balloons and Lush remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
